And now we begin…

On May 25, 2021 we moved out of the 2500 Square foot house in Wasilla and into 262 square feet of the fabulous Mz Dazy. We started off with baby steps and located ourselves in a full hookup RV park for the first 12 days. Michael had to return to Juneau for a week to finish up work and gather his tools and truck, then ferry and drive back to join the fun. Martha had an uneventful week of peace and quiet after all the hustle of finishing the bus build, selling the house, and getting stuff sold, donated, or stored. Michael returned on June 2 and messed with a few last minute items. On June 6, our 29th wedding anniversary, we unplugged and moved to a no hookup site at a city campground. Everything was working well and we got in some relaxation and Ruckus got to swim in the lake a bunch. On June 9 we parked the truck at a friends place and headed out in Mz Dazy without a life raft!. The first stop was Susitna Energy in Anchorage to do the final hook-up of the solar system. Poof! We make electricity even on cloudy days! Time to leave the big city headed Down the Seward Highway and see where the adventures take us.
